Our Main Restaurant – The Beachside Terrace - can be converted for larger Banquets or Cocktail Parties.


Bougainvillea Room:
Available as one large room - 1620 Sq. Ft. or 2 divided rooms of 810 Sq. Ft, each
Air-conditioned Conference facility located above the Restaurant with a large terrace suitable for coffee breaks & cocktail parties. Equipped with TV/VCR, Podium, White Board. - Bougainvillea Room A: US$225.00 per day - Bougainvillea Room B: US$225.00 per day

Oleander Room:
Conveniently located at the back of our Beachside Terrace Restaurant. This elegant air-conditioned room is ideal for smaller, more intimate boardroom style meetings. - US$110.00 per day

Brands Room:
Air-conditioned conference facility located poolside. - US$160.00 per day

For Banquets & Cocktail Parties only, the room charge may be waived. 

For groups residing at The Flamboyant Hotel & Villas, conference room will be discounted depending on number of rooms booked.

Equipment is limited, if extra is required from an outside source, charges will be according to prevailing rates.

For Banquets, Cocktail Parties, Weddings, Anniversaries or even Christmas Lunches or Dinners, our staff would be happy to serve you. Our facilities and menus are diverse and can be adapted to your special needs.

Function Guarantees:
We ask that you give us a final attendance number guarantee 24 hours prior to your function, so that we may make final arrangements. If no final guarantee is received, we will consider the number indicated when the original arrangements were made, to be the correct and guaranteed number of guests, the guaranteed figure represents the minimum number of persons for billing.

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit will be required 2 weeks prior to the date of the function, with the final payment to be settled on the day of the function.

Coffee Breaks (3 snacks & savoury/sweet/fruit): US$7.50 per person
Coffee Breaks (Beverage only): US$4.00 per person
Lunch (salad/main course/dessert/juice): US$20.00 per person
